It is always nerve-wracking leaving your beloved pet in someone else's, albeit more experienced with dogs than ourselves (she is our first dog), hands. So it was very reassuring that she happily went off with a lovely lady when we dropped her off. It was even more pleasing that she looked extremely fit and well when I picked her up - in fact she didn't seem bothered that I had come to pick her up!!! It was lovely to hear from several staff member that she was such a lovely dog - we think so but it is nice to hear from someone else. I had a good feeling about this kennel after reading the testimonials and via email correspondence with Alan and I am happy to say it was spot on! The All Seasons Pet Resort has been a life saver for me and my 3-legged huntaway, Chica. Often being called away for work and trips away, I could alway count on All Seasons to take good care of her. She was always returned healthy and happy and settles back home to her routine without any fuss.
Although she has only 3 legs she is full of energy and All Seasons handled that well. They got to know chica and I felt really comfortable and assured leaving her in their care whether it was for the weekend or for a month. I've tried out a few kennels and this one is the best by far. The Team at All Seasons have clearly created an environment where Coco feels safe and happy to stay – which means we aren’t concerned at all about her while we are away, which we really appreciate. For the last 10 years our much loved labrador, Hugo, has been holidaying at All Seasons. Right from puppy days he has become so excited when we approach the kennels and always bounds out of the car, so happy to be there and to socialise with the other dogs. The care and attention that the staff at All Seasons have given to Hugo has meant that we can holiday ourselves without any worries as to his care. We have been using All Seasons Kennels for over 10 years. Currently we have three dogs, Rio, Texas and Chilli. One is a large breed and the other two are toy breeds. Sometimes our dogs can be in residence for a month when we are overseas. We always return to find our dogs healthy and happy. They are well cared for by the staff at All Seasons. On our return they are just as they were before we left. They come home and settle down immediately into the old routine. No stresses, no bothers. It really helps to know that our pets are to stay in an environment where they are truly well looked after. It makes driving away from the kennels easy. Thank you.
